Not an update. Just a pic of the central tile. It's now 100% developed.

Wow! I also used Sault Ste Marie for a natural growth region a while back. I love how youve used  custom content in a normally maxis-prone concept, it looks really good. Great work.

boon1234: It's strange that the concept of Natural Growth has made such an emphesis on not using CC. Too much can ruin it, but the right and good selection will always work out in the end.
