Good update! Is there some farmtype houses you could use?
As for the school, you could search for 'MTP School" and that would probably work.

@ROFLyoshi: I'm currently looking for some Modifications for Farmhouses that will work better. 

Also ther large section of houeses on the southwest side, by the  windmills are supossed to be one largeer building. That's another mod.
