Becouse of police hour citizens of Hong Shin must go back to their homes before 10PM local time.

This rule incrases safety and time wich our great working people spends with their families.

wow I feel so depressed, this city is horrible to look at; ITS GREAT!!!
you totally captured the depressing, metalic, and just plain gloomy state of a communist dictatorship. Very nice, and I see some custom content there too, that looks very good, I'd like to see it someday on the STEX.
