I like how you used the terrain to shape the layout of the city. You may want to turn the UDI off. Another suggestion is to use the tastyzots cheat to remove to zots.

 Woah nice! colombian inspired cityes! , i can even see my house there! , tho i have to agree with K50dude and JGellock, the pics will look way better with out the UDI stuff..
All the hills look great!
