A New Hall for a Growing City

Trenton-1263791981.png

The town of Everglade almost is'nt a town any more. It already encompasess almost the entire Everglade island, and the goverment

is in need of a proper facility.

Alot has been built since you last saw Everglade(a few hours ago3.gif) And all these things are the reason that Everglade needs to be

govened.

First i'll be courteis enough to give you a tour of whats been built in Everglade. Then... on to the City hall construction!!!

First of which is the Everglade Ferry Terminal. The pontoon was upgraded last year in order to keep up with all the people immigrating to

the region.

P.S. Mr. Jones still gets free rides2.gif

A new Industrial area is sprouting, and this means more jobs. People were tiered of driving all the way around the river to get across the covered bridge, so a fancy stone bridge was built from Everglade Island to provide a direct route to it.

To meet with growing demands a power plant also had to be built. the Nexis Natrual Gas Powerplant provides power to most of

the currently developed region. And was built on the outskirts of town as to not pollute the main town.

Parks are also on the rise in Everglade. With 2 alredy up, its atracting some "swankier" residents to Everglade.

Everglade-May7851263782078.png

The State Fair also came to Everglade! Yes the Maine State Fairnow makes its home in Everglade, and should stay there for

some time.

So, without further adu' on to the City Hall Plans!!!

First of all... location. Location, Location, Location! Nobody wants their most important building on the outskirts of town. Sure it wont be the outskirts in the future, but NOW is the most important, so we need a good central location, without geting rid of any buildings that are major or important.

Ahh!!! Here we go! Mrs. Cavishieres Manor! Its the PERFECT place for City Hall!!! Its on the buisiest road in town, and the building is'nt important.

"But thats a mansion!" you say? Well you obviously don't know Mrs. Caviarshiter! Shes a mean old hag b*tch and everybody hates her,

thats why I purposley mispelt her name!11.gif

Everglade-May13851263782145.png

So Mrs. Caviarshitter was throughn into the nerest body of water and her mansion was torn down. And we built a fence around the perimiter

to keep pesky vandilisers out.

And a fast as a Caviarshiter can drown, a City Hall can be built. When the Hall is complete it will be the Goverment Planning Center

for the Entire region!

Everglade-Jul19851263782359.png

Ahh... wont it be beautiful when completed? That Bob dude shure can make a nice artists rendition of a building!

Thats all for today!!

Untill next time!!

Oh well, progress must be made, and we can't let one old hag stop Everglade's future!

Enjoy the way you let the town expand from an island out and through farm land... very appropriate
