And here's Spruce Grove, up in the Forest Greens area. While technically not new to the city, this wasn't there when I took the first pictures of the area before, so I figured I ought to show whats gone up in there. The housing market has slowed quite drastically in Alberta, as you can tell by all the empty lots around. Oversaturation, I tell ya!
