Paul5: Thank you! I'll be sure to inform the council

Blakeway: Thank you! I hope I continue to impress you!

_marsh_: Thanks! you bring up a lot of good points, and maybe its just enough to change the council's leaning vote! Thanks for commenting as always!

Bergulf: Thanks! I didn't know I was getting better, haha 4.gif. Also, i'll tell the council about your vote!

lordmungus: Thanks for your comment! A lot of people voted to build it, which is cool.

In other News: The council has voted to build the new tram line! With a ¾ majority vote, many council members cited rapid expansion and the need for a good transit system set up in the growing stages of a city as their main reasons to vote for this proposal. Work will begin within the next 2-4 months on extending the line, and work will also begin on preparing for a line to go into the neighboring city.

“Quentin is a very small town, its more like a suburb of Tavlon than its own city. However, it is recognized as a separate town.”

“Quentin is home to around 1,000 residents, all of whom live on a small plateau. The other spaces to develop are mainly taken up by dense preserved forests or the only other fresh source of water besides Tavlon.”

“I took a hike down one of the lone roads in Quentin, and the natural spring was breathtaking.”

“The BrookStone Regional government has made a preserve of some of this area, and the roads they built around the small creek blend very nicely with the surroundings. The air is fresh, too, and it feels like I’m miles away from civilization.”

Quentin_3.jpg

“Further down, the creek dips into a small tunnel to let another road pass over it.”

“For all the beauty that Quentin has, it also has some strange anomalies. Take this large ship for example. One of the few mysteries in the entire BrookStone Region. This is around 500ft above sea level…must’ve been some large flood…or something. Finally, I took several shots and sort of…duct-taped them together, I think it’ll look good on the front page of a newspaper!”

“Well, that’s all for my nice nature hike! I’ve gotten a call from my boss saying things have been up in LexingtonBay and Calgary again, so the next time you see me, I’ll be in the Calgary area.”

In a completely different building…A small group of residents in Quentin meets to decide something vital…should they allow building in the lower flat areas of Quentin? Should it be kept as a natural reserve?

This is where you can vote! Its really straightforward this time, should Quentin have a larger population, and possibly be able to become a Regional player? Or should it be kept as the most beautiful preserve in BrookStone?

That’s all for this update! Rather small, but I kind of like it, my first mosaic too. Unfortunately, updates from now on will be fewer and farther apart, Honors classes are coming up, and I won’t have time to play as much. However, I’ll still be updating! So you might want to keep this journal on the side-burner. Until next time!
