Looks nice, but a bit transit nuts, no? I mean, how highly are those freeways used? And whats with the subways stops every 17 feet, separated by bus stops?

The idea of building highways through the city came from Boston’s big dig. I built it - after winning the Simlympic bid in 2008-with the hope of less congested avenues and roads and apparently worked. The largest part is underground and meets the surface in five parts of the city. I generally consider it as successful because the traffic has been reduced in many areas of the city.

As for the second question I place the bus stops every 17 only where is needed. Sometimes you have to compromise the aesthetics to make something functional.

Reminds me a bit of Bundesstadt Bonn, I think it would also be quite reminiscent of Washington., but I've never been there so can't tell...
