Before we begin, I would like to make a shout-out to @simmaster07. Thanks to his swift intervention, the SC4Fix has been amended, allowing me to finally run my game in a 32-bit color mode!

If you are not, I invite you for another visit to Udanani with no further delays.
The following discussion has taken place during the last meeting of The Localvore Tribal Council:
Two weeks later, after the proposal has been passed in The Localvore Tribal Council, all of The Localvores have been called up for a referendum and voted in the following way...
Opening up a way for the first intertribal contact and garbage-free Farmington!
The Localvores have then systematically prepared for the neighborly visit and, first of all, built a street, leading out of Farmington. The street has cleverly been designed as a low capacity network so that only garbage trucks could pass through and by doing so, leave little or no place for potential return traffic coming from the Altruist side...
The Localvore delegation heading to Serene Thoughts has, naturally, been the first travelers on that street. Having arrived at the edge of The Altruist, town they waited there for someone to take notice of their presence.
And indeed - some kids playing over the river have reported that a group of strangers was standing at the edge of the town and the news spread across Serene Thoughts. The atmosphere in the city has become very lively and many people urged the local authorities to find out who the strangers were and why did they come, causing significant commotion in the Town Center.
The Altruists, thrilled to meet the first representatives of a "previously heard but never seen tribe" have responded by building a border access road of their own and sending their own delegation.
It took some time though because in order to protect the natural beauty, instead of using a bridge The Altruists decided to build... an underwater tunnel to cross the river. Thus, preserving the natural look of the riparian environment (and delaying their own delegation a bit...).
A further delay has been sustained however, when The Altruists realized that the land across the river was perfect for the organization of another concentric neighborhood. Thus, a stub of this new neighborhood has been created as well...
...before the delegation has finally arrived to its desired destination...
When The Localvores and The Altruists have finally met, they greeted each other, shook each others' hands, talked some and came to the following results...
The contact has thus been made, even if the motivations for it have been selfish on The Localvore part. The only question that remains now (apart of course from "how are they gonna get along?") is what type of garbage disposal facility should The Altruists build, in order to handle the entire refute?
The question which is to be answered by the Revered Spirits of the St'ropoli Dimension.
Today's events mark the end of the "Era of Isolation" on the timeline of Udanani and the beginning of a new era...
Stay tuned for further developments in these new, interesting times!

@TG24 - Thank you, I will.
@kschmidt - Good idea with the ring concept! I actually like solutions like that, so it's very likely that I will use it in the future.
@TogaMasterJohn - Takes a little bit practice and you can get used to elevation changes. Wonder though what other, "untrained" Udananites will feel if they ever happen to visit Industrious Hills.
You didn't even know you had a rating agency...? SRSLY?
