At 500,000 people, it was decided that a stadium should be built.

A little bit of eminent domain was required.

The location couldn't get much better.

The stadium brought crime.

Moving on, more roads were built through the plains outside the city.  Further development is stalled until the area is named.

The Blue Train Line was extended to the edge of the world recently, but the trains still run mostly empty.

Sprawl

Farmville is one of the region's two farming centers.  It has not expanded in many years, but has managed to escape being swallowed up by the city.... so far.
