Island Cities: a Growing Region

Wow, you update so quick!  All in all great update.  It will be quite hard to rebuild from all the rubble (it's a little annoying to demolish the destroyed buildings IMO).  I must say I really like the use of the RHW.  Keep these excellent updates coming.

Whoever was responsible for ignoring early warnings for evacuation should be locked up.  Also, the idiot who decided to build a large city by an active volcano should probably go to jail, too.  In fact, there should be a disaster trial held to lock up those responsible for the mass destruction and damage to this city.
As for Volcano City, I sure hope you can get that city back on its feet.

N106: I'm sorry, but the settlers who built the city lived many years ago , and they aren't alive today. The reason they can't have a disaster trial is because court was destroyed, and the city is getting rebuilt right now.

each journal it would be nice to know the population and job counts of the city
