As you may have seen in yesterdays paper, this is the vision laid out by the Mayor and a committee set up to figure out what to do with the nasty stretch of road that is Capilano Avenue.

Construction! Wooha! The city had to divert the H3 for a small section, in order to make room for the upcoming overpass. Construction is in the early phases, and the old tunnels are still there from the previous interchange.
