About

Last year Sjoland was near sweden, it changed a bit shall we see..

:ooh:

The geography of the European part of the Netherlands is unusual in that some of its land has been reclaimed from the sea and is below sea level like the Netherlands protected by dikes. Another factor that has influenced its physical appearance is that the country is highly densely populated. It is ranked 19th overall on that scale, but is behind only three countries having a population over 10 million. Consequently, Sjoland is highly urbanised, especially along the Major axis.

Sjoland is situated in the zone between three European climatic zones (Borea influence in the north, Atlantic influence the west and Continental influence in the east); the climate throughout Sjoland is a mixture of these influences. Generally the western parts of the country has atlantic climate and the eastern parts a more continental influenced climate.

Sølvhavn Waterfront, Knappenål

Today I have 2 mosaics from the waterfront area of the city, it features "knappenål" meaning "Pin" in english, it's a business district built on the old knappenålhavn, an old industrial harbour! (like in London and Hamburg  ) a lot of work had to be done on the soil, and basins have been conserved, there is a promenade on the area, knappenål houses an urban experience of Environmental housing along the water, with houses that you can visit, shops, and houses to live in, the Tram line 3 ends here near the "Expo årtusinde" a large expo complex made of 3 buildings.

On the left you'll see the old waterfront city, but that's for next time!

The lakes and canals within the city makes it feel like Copenhagen. Nice job :)

Amazing detail on that, from the ground up, everything's just there :)

Very nice placement of the canals! It really creates a promenade along the coastline. Great work!

May I ask which train station you're using? I can't remember a central station like that.

The second picture contained the most awesome-looking tram station I have ever seen in SC4. Top quality stuff.
