A little technical problem...

I know this is not the technical problem venue, but I thought one of you might have seen

this situation. As you can see from the pictures, some of the textures and props are just

randomly disappearing. Any ideas will be much appreciated.

Here is a series of the sports complex. The next to last picture shows the stadium as it should look.

Here is an industrial park.

This seems to be a problem with the SC4model files and possibly lot files to. The only reason I can think of why these models and lots appear and disappear in a random order could only be to do with conflicting files. For instance you have a new SC4model file for the stadium but you forgot to remove the old (and obsolete) SC4model file.

Hi, what is the name of street mod you use ? It probably is in SAM, but i didn't see that in my SAM.

Usually, that happens to me when my detail and graphics preference setting suddenly go to low or something rather. It wouldn't hurt to check the settings just in case it might've gone to the lowest options :P

Here's my trick: zoom in and then zoom out. Most everything will reappear. Sc4 was not designed for all the graphics.

Thanks for the ideas. One thing I've done for some time is use a "Temp" folder in my plugins where I put new downloads. If nothing unusual appears after a bit of time, I put them in the permanent folders. I moved the temp folder out of the game and started it up. Stuff still missing.

My street mods are: JRJ Street Side MOD and ZZZ_Urban Tarsealed Street Modd, neither of which has been changed.

My game graphics are still on high.

As you can see from the screen shots, I've used different zoom levels. I'll try again, going from all the way out to the closest one. I'll let you know.

Again, thanks to you all for taking the time to respond!

Dick
