Hi! I'm maddoctorwho. This is my first city journal, and we'll see where it goes! I'm not an expert at SimCity 4, as I have just had it for about a year. I'm not to fond of NAM and I like nice skylines (which I have yet to achieve; soon though!) Here is my region. The names are below!
