MMP is just a shortened term or acronym for Mayor Mode Ploppables, that option availabe on the environment/flora tab. If you go on the STEX and specifically search 'MMP', you'll get a bunch of trees and rock ploppable content that you could use to fill in those empty green spaces or add flare to your cities. :)
