Hello Simtropolis! After my first entry about Hallwood City, perhaps it will be better if you take a look first at the region.

Based on the In-Game Maxis Region of Fairview, this is the first region ever that caught my attention to SimCity 4. Started at the mid 2013, with mostly nasty low R$ residential, after learning many tips and tricks as guest in the Simtropolis Forums, now I understand how to handle SC4.

(With each city and mayor names)

Wow that's a heavily built up city.

 

Good job on getting that far with it even if most of it is low wealth.
