looking for advice in Bakersfeild

First thank you for those who checked out the Teaser for Bakersfeild. Being from Mid Michigan I grew up around dirt roads and farms all my life but I'm stuck in where to find the right size R$ zoning size most farms where I come from are single family with large house 100's of acres of land and miles between home steads and then small corner type Main street towns. any advise on plopable housing or cam lots would be grateful here are some pictures to get the feel.JRpzQPv.pnglong dirt roads.BEdv4tN.pnglots of run off riverswTcH5lG.pngt2iVy6C.pngxrhixff.png5WmYXyj.pngwish to avoid this.HztpiNo.png thanks 47ply.

The RIvers are looking really nice, but you maybe shouldn't use the canal lots as bridges:D To get some rural houses you should look at the LEX especially JMeyrs Homes are great.

The CAM should include big farming houses, but I don't know how to use it. You also could search on the PLEX in the "SPAM" section (it's, btw, also a great mod). Nice pictures btw:D
