Finally located your Simtrop Journal!  I've enjoyed your YouTube video uploads.  I've tried cleaning up my water pollution in my city by slowly removing my city from its water system and weaning Peyton Place to neighbor deals where I have small-tiled cities serving for water only.

I've made a point to have each of the neighbor cities produce mega-water compared to the Peyton Place water source to force neighbor deals to initiate.   It worked for awhile, the pollution went from 80% to about a 10% spot.  Then I started deleting farms and ploppable cows to see if this as the cause... now my pollution is back with a vengeance! HELP
