Taipei Islands: Towns Blessed by the Goddess
在過了觀音大橋之後，
After corssing the Goddess bridge,
幾個路標映入眼簾，
a few road signs appeared,
指向觀音山麓幾座不知名的小鎮。
leading the way to some remote towns.
首先進入的是三張犁。
Sanzhanli, "Three Plows", is the first amoing them.
三張犁是一個人口不足兩百人的小鎮，
Three Plows has less than 200 population.
三張犁地小，只要用三張犁即可在一天耕完所有的田，因而得名。
The name Sanzhanli came from the size of the land, which is so small that three plows can finish farming the land.
您不妨沿三張犁的後巷行去，
But if you follow the narrow lane behind,
在險峻的山壁後別有洞天。
there is another world behind the tunnel.
觀音山腳下有安靜的小鎮，
Tranquil towns lies under the feet of the Goddess mountain,
閒賦的人們過著恬適的生活。
where people lived with a decent life.
或許也有富賈之家，
There might be some richer people,
但無論貧富都過著富足的生活。
but the decent view is to be shared.
小城名叫觀音亭，
The name of the town is called Guanyin Ting, "the Goddess Gazebo."
感謝觀音娘娘保祐大家。
to thank the Goddess blessed them a decent life.
觀音亭的對側尚有另外一座小鎮，
There is another kind of life at the opposite side of the Goddess Gazebo,
那裡的漁夫們過著忙碌的生活。
where fishermen woke up early to work.
眾生都在巨乳觀音的庇蔭下，
The Goddess overwatched her people,
在觀音灣幸福地生活著。
and enjoyed their happy life in the Goddess Lagoon.
