Inside the Bureau of Feline Affairs Special Military District, “The Wirdleplex,” high level plans are being made to help end the lengthy war against Queensferry. Governor-General H. J. “Hoppy” Franciflora has assembled military engineers and researchers to work with the Schulmania Institute of Technology and the Applied Research Institute to develop new and improved weapons for use in the war. Technical advisers from our allies have been crucial in upgrading our military capabilities.
At Government House, BFA Diplomat Hal Podbay-Doors briefs the Governor-General on the latest plans to push our tactical advantage on the ground further. He advises that the BFA send a delegation to Myon, a pro-feline state introduced to Schulmania by the Blitkarni, a founding signatory of the Feline Interplanetary Friendship Association (FIFA).
At FIFA Headquarters, diplomats work to arrange a trip to the town of .?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent> Galesfeburg is home to Myon’s first BFA Consulate, making it a natural selection for the location of the meeting.

A high-level delegation has been assembled by the BFA. It includes members of the Military Command, Chamber of Commerce, Diplomatic Office and technical experts. A flight out of Wirdleplex International Airport on Schulmania’s national carrier, Nyan Airlines, will carry the feline contingent to Gaalaeþur Island, where they will catch a connecting flight to .?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>
Wirdleplex International and Wirdleplex Air Force Base are right across the street from each other. It’s not a good idea to land at the wrong one. Penalties include being hissed at and a scratching. Pilots, be on your toes!
Arrangements have been made for an arrival on Friday 02 August 2013. The head of the delegation, Sir Meowza Purrington, Ambassador Plenipotentiary of the Bureau of Feline Affairs, has selected the group’s members and briefed them on the mission. Scientific and technical experts accompanying the ambassador were selected for their expertise in adapting allied military technology for the Schulminion military. The lead scientist in the group, Dr. Gablehouser, caused a minor stir when he selected Dr. Leslie Winkle over Dr. Barry Kripke as the last member of the team. Barry described himself as “vewwy unhappy” and intimated he might have to unleash his secret weapon “The Kwipke Kwippwer” against Gablehouser.
Sir Purrington got everyone back on track and focused on the mission. So, it’s time to pack and head to the airport.
