04. Rivernorth -The high-ends

Hi everyone, how is it going? I just came back to home yesterday from a short trip to Geelong, Victoria. The weather and waterfront were absolutely adorable. :lol:

This time I am going to present the rivernorth area of Betono, including Azuangle the high-class residential area and the newly developed Northside Sport and Cultural Precinct. Together they form the upper zone of Betono.

Betono Aquarium is one of the major attractions for families in the city. Kids enjoy the awesome display of fishes and sea mammal, and learn to appreciate the ecology of marine system.

Northside is another modern leisure district of Betono. Citizen loves the atmosphere of the Art museum, Music hall, Department store, and the Main stadium here. Further south people reach the Northside River Park, here man, woman and children can have direct contact to the waterfront, have picnic on the lawn or inside the classy restaurant with a picturesque surrounding.

At night the view from the tallest tower towards south is surely lovely :ooh:

I admit that I have never managed to make a good looking residential area. Even though the style is constrained to New York Uptown one the effect is not unified and looks a bit messy :lost:

Pioneer: I agree with you. I have followed the guide for runway, yet space was limited and I simply took the minimum length for each section so it looks quite short.
