SC4 - Usher

So, after I wrote this, I realized that there is no real RWM4 that I can figure out. So, I will keep the avenues. Unless someone wants to point me how to do it.

I like how you keep upgrading things, it makes your CJ fun to watch :D 

You're good with the traffic btw, it looks realistic, try to use NAM 31 it have more roads settings and stuff 

I think I am using Nam 31, maybe I need to look around. I'm sure there are all kinds of road types I don't know about. Currently I'm trying to do the interchanged mentioned in the picture. This has become a headache for me. I find interchanges to be very difficult. :( I see what people do on the show me your interchange and think how?

 

Anyway, maybe I will get a picture up. My city won't look very nice yet. I'm just getting the bones down. I'm also trying to keep from cheating, but finding that a daunting task. To make a real city you really do need all the roads down, and it is difficult. I am thinking of doing a few things. One, make a cheat power plant that looks like something else. Make it one tile and put it in each city. Second, when I make my power plant for the whole city, make it fake, but look good.

 

I don't know, I still like the idea of a no cheat region even if it is hard though.
