Really nice, but aren't you affraid of noise polution of the wind-power? Maybe put them on the coasts would be a better idea, and some parks and green areas (like, 1 tile wide) between them and the rest of the city, they can also be like a part of the beach

Other than that, I really like the new side, everything looks simple and nice, it is alot better than the other side, wich I don't like it

You can also download other solar power plants, and panels, just search in the STEX, I'm sure that you can find many interresting stuff, there are some skyfarms if you ever heard/seen them.
