This is cool, how did you manage to do it? Looks so professional. I'd love to see a highway ring around the business disctrict and finishing the outer ring in the northern part of the map, but this is just my taste, looks cool anyway.

The M-5 will serve as a partial "ring road". The map as shown only includes the tiles that are thus far developed. The region as a whole is over twice this area with a bay that wraps around. It will become clearer as I develop more of the region.

As for making the map itself, I might write a tutorial. In a nut shell, I took a screen shot of the traffic region view, pasted it into a layer in my graphics program, altered the perspective so that it is a top-down view, and then traced the roads and coastlines over it. I took all the colours from Google Maps.

Great street map. I love that it is on the sim's grid, and not 'our' orthogonal view.
