Pretty good start. I would recommend you use some custom content to make your town more realistic. Most people here have grown sick of just plain Maxis in a CJ, and they expect to see custom content in a good one. To be more specific, I think you should download some low-density houses, custom flora, (also called Mayor-Mode Ploppables or MMP's) and maybe the SimPeg Agricultural Mod (SPAM) if you wish to grow your farming town more and make it more realistic. I would also reccommend you upload your screenshots to an image hosting site and post them directly in a CJ entry, instead of attaching them as thumbnails. But most importantly, remember, to have a successful CJ, realism is key! Good luck!
