actually i hadn't put anything in that area yet..but when i saw it pop up on the stex i knew that's what i had been holding out for!

after searching the STEX and LEX trying to find the kind of people props i wanted, and not finding them lol, a light bulb went off in my head to just photoshop people to scale into the picture!!!

A CITY IN WINTER

NORTH END

Today, we look at some images from the area of the city known as North End. North End is home to many historic, and still active, manufacturing plants and warehouses. The area makes up the northern city limit and transitions directly into the beginnings of the tundra. Historic Rue Rivard street separates North End from Towne Centre.

You could also check the SC4Devotion .. I know some of the prop packs there have people in them.
