One's and Zero's: Thanks, SC4 did most of the work, just took a long time!!

Spidey: Thanks for the suggestions, but I have chosen something else. You will be featured later on, as well as many others. There will always be more activities to come :D

241: Thanks, though it is not a mosaic, it is taken from region census! Would have taken a long time to make a mosaic that big :P

Hahei: Thanks my NZ friend!

First off, I must apologise. This is not really the update I had intended to be for this week. Things just seem to have gotten busy lately. I have started working for a mining company out by the airport (40 min both ways), so my sc4 time has been reduced a lot! Not the idea situation, but people need some cash to survive :P

Secondly, we have had some odd weather in Perth the week. Many bush fires have burn't in the hills, and further south as we hit 36C+, one of my favourite places for a holiday, Margaret River, had a massive fire that burn't many holiday homes, and resident homes, as well as the stunning landscape. Yesterday (Tuesday) produced a sever storm, managed to rain the whole day while I was at work, with much thunder and lightning the throughout. At least I was indoors :) while my car got its wash :D The journey home was interesting, as I was able to drive home in just some light rain, but being in Perth.......the drivers have no idea how to drive in the rain. On top of that, some of the lights were out at major intersections, which meant it was a free-for-all! I will admit I used all my lucky stars in getting home.

These are just a few pics of the storm and fire.

I still can't figure out why they were burning off in conditions as it was. Absolutely apalling, they left it too late and now have some serious explaining.

As I live in a very high risk area on the outskirts of Melbourne, we narrowly escaped the Black Saturday fires. I drove along the Melba Highway about a month afterwards, and everything was charred black as far as the horizon could see, in every direction. It's horrible, and I think we really need to be really cautious during the upcoming summer.

Wow, impressive pictures. What kind of car do you drive?

Anyways, I'll try not to take it personally that you didn't use my suggestions. Even I'll be the first to admit they were not all that great. At any rate, I'm looking forward to the MX HWY!
