Oakwood, Sunny Hollow & The Bypasses!

The old town of Willow Valley has been around for a long time! With huge expansion on the horizon the old town needed some bypasses to act as a ring around it to direct the cars away from the historic centre.

The first development takes place in the south and west of the town. Oakwood and Sunny Hollow. They are both suburban style garden villages. Tree lines roads, large family homes and a small centre! Town planning from UK 1920s has returned!

Expansion of the town including the new Bypasses...

Out with the old Oil power!

The new City Gate Park, is at the entrance to Willow Valley!

Looks like its grown quite a bit since your first entry. I like City Gate Park, good placement with the roundabout.

Thanks! The idea with the roundabout was to radiate the traffic long the ring road by pass rather than having it directing into the centre
