Spidey: Yes I will be using that said pack, one of the best to make your own university. Don't worry about the rain, it only rains about three months of the year, the rest of the 9 months it is sunny and a max of 31C/88F perfect for the beach and drives along the highway 
Someonetokillme: Thanks, and finally here is your FARHW pieces in this update, only one but it is the start. I will try use it more and more, but in the mountains it is hard. Nearly all the town's will be on the coast.

Today we will be looking at the town of Lincon. A small town made mostly of residential and great beaches! Many people enjoy Lincon because the beaches are quieter and the space that they have.
I have tried to improve my beaches in this update, so please give me your honest opinion
