1. 1. Do you think it's time for Grand River City to have public transit?

Thanks again to all the wonderful comments! Welcome to the 3rd entry of Grand River City... I think you might like it. I gave this entry the title "Beau" which means beautiful in french. Enjoy!! :)

Downtown, west of the Grand River is seen below:

This is a growing city, which means more sick people and greater demand for retail services. A new hospital (top-left) has recently been built, and construction on Grand River City's first mall is taking place just across the street (top-right):

Roundabout at River Road and King Street:

A beautiful day to work on the farm, or take a ride through the local expressway:

More commercial service buildings springing up:

Thank you!! :D

This is amazing. This is just amazing. I love the downtown area, I love the suburbs. The only reason I can't say it's perfect is because there is no clear definition for perfect. This is great. This is extremely realistic. Great Job! I'm rating this 5/5.

Awesome job on this town mike, it's really nicely done. The town has a good mix of suburban, and rural to it. As far as your transit plans, I say go for it. It's always smart to think of having bus, and rail in a town like this.

What a beautiful town, I do think it is time to have public transit. I'm liking the realism and small skyscrapers. This city has a great future ahead of it I'm sure. :thumb:

site you have in there Mike. And yes i think the city is
getting large enough for some of the first mass transit stations

Fantastic update, but the first picture has to be my favorite. I think it's time to get them some public transit, but I would start with buses.

I loved the layout of your city it's very much how I layout my cities . In your last picture . I don't know if you planned to add industrial there in that empty space but I would add A collection of leisure activity's there such as a few marina's some parks maybe a couple boat launch's if you have them and mabye a couple shops to livin up your waterfront . Just a thought

cheers
