The notion of declaring war on Queensferry in our Imperial Senate and Congressional Offices ended with the vote of 69 YEA, 31 NAY. The Greater South Pacific Empire has officially declared war on Queensferry. We have started the building of a hydrogen weapon with a yield of between 500 kilotons and a megaton. If Queensferry shall not surrender, they shall be subjected to all of the weapons in our nuclear arsenal, which in total have a yield of 2.5 gigatons.

The plane carrying it will have heat-seeking missiles and also will be escorted by two heavily armed helicopters to make sure that weapon reaches its destination. We didn't know about the prisoners of war, so if you aren't willing to have a few casualties on your side, we have to postpone the attack. In fact, it will be a way of putting the POWs out of their misery quickly since they will probably be tortured to death anyway. Emperor Madison Casper Montgomery has approved the attack on the nation of Queensferry, meaning we are ready if you are.

That's an extremely difficult task. That would require a conventional attack rather than a nuclear attack. If by a small chance it were to succeed, then a lot of innocent lives would be saved. But if it were to fail, many soldiers would die and the POWs would be left behind. The notion has just been sent to the Imperial Senate and Congressional Offices, I'll let you know the decision tomorrow. But just to remind you, nuclear attacks succeeded before. By the way, does Troix or Schulmania have any Queensferry prisoners?

Even though you nuke Queensferry, they'll survive (remember, bugs can survive radiation, that is why we are too concerned)...

There is just a lot of superbugs out there...

They might survive the radiation, that is if they survive the blast itself. Speaking informally, if we have to, we'll empty our nuclear arsenal on Queensferry. That's 2.5 billion tons of TNT. The bugs will not survive that.

But that means there are some in Troix and Schulmania. Why not capture some and then try a spy swap? Afterwards, we bomb them immediately. Then, they won't have any POWs.
