Great Eagle Holdings Limited (SEHK: 0041) is Chinese real estate company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Through its subsidiaries, conducts three operations: Property investment, involving income from leasing of properties and furnished apartments and properties held for investment potential; Hotel operation, which includes hotels accommodation, food and banquet operations, and Other operations, including the sales of building materials, restaurant operation, provision of property management, maintenance and agency services, provision of insurance
agency services and fitness center operation.
The Company operates in Hong Kong, North America, Europe and Asia Pacific other than Hong Kong. As of December 31, 2006, the Company's hotel portfolio comprises eight properties with over 4,700 rooms, including six luxury hotels branded under the Langham name in Hong Kong, London, Boston, Melbourne and Auckland, the Eaton Hotel in Hong Kong and the Delta Chelsea Hotel in Toronto. In October 2007, the Company sold a commercial property in San Francisco.
