Solaria - A Timeline from 2003 to 2011
While I sort out more pictures (and get SC4 from Steam seeming my 8 year old RH disk crapped out 
) I have decided to give a time line of Regional pictures of Solaria
Starting in 2006 ( I can not find the 2003-2005 shots and If I could I am either being lazy or will add them later 
Solaria 2006 - Population about 600,000 million
The Transit System at the Time
Solaria at 767,000 and with the new water mod
It is of note that IPC now holds in 2011 twice the regional population above in one city tile 
First primitive naming of the Imperial State Highway Network
