Update 23: Johnson-Gateway International Airport
This update is dedicated to the new airport just built.
Johnson Gateway International was built to provide an additional port of entry to the Commonwealth as well as provide the capitol and surrounding areas with an option other than Paradise International which has proven to be rather small. The airport is unique in that it spells its code with its terminals
Here's a map of the area.
Here is the terminal (a bit empty as it hasn't opened yet). Arrivals use the terminal on the left, after using a tunnel from the end of I-302, the Gateway Frwy., which connects Johnson City and the airport. Departures use the terminal on the right. The center is where the underground subway station is that connects all four terminals.
The first terminal, which is shaped like a J, is dedicated to flights to the US. The airport is a hub for United.

The second terminal, shaped like a G, is for international flights, and strangely enough, Southwest Airlines.

The last terminal, shaped like an I, is mostly empty due to the fact that there is currently no use for it. The terminal is going to be used for intracontinental flights. The north end is for small corporate and private flights.

The cargo terminal is decent with most cargo carriers represented.

There are plenty of ways to get to the airport. By road there is I-302, from the capitol, and NH(National Highway) 192. By rail there is Pararail. Express buses also run 24/7 from the capitol to the airport. Here is the interchange between NH 192, I-302, and the cyan and blue Pararail lines.
Close up of the rail station.
Closer....
Ok any closer and they'll be pixels ![]()
Parking is provided....short-term, long-term, employee, you'll find all of them here. Shuttles provide free service from here to the airport.
In case you were wondering, the airport is named after the town of Gateway, just south of the airport.
And one of Airport Pkwy/Great Northeast Road. The Great Northeast Road hijacks this portion of Airport Pkwy. Here you can find the hotels, such as Embassy Suites.
One random pic of an United airliner landing...
And one of a JAL plane unloading.
And last a mosaic of the airport area.
I know there's a strip not there but I didn't feel like fixing it so consider it two mosaics for the price of one!![]()
