Out on the blasted lands of the Big Empty, A city exists. Perhaps one of the few remaining bastions of Simkind of the old world. A vast unbroken sprawl of urban decay, Mega industrial districts surround the periphery of the sprawl clogging the sky with air scrubbers turning the sky into a perpetual sky of endless rain.Beyond the Buildings of the old world lies the mega towers of the new, Massive towers built to house millions. With new breakthroughs in technology yet heavily monopolized by the corporations made the entire city self sufficient with Mass recyclers and synthesizers, Commercial drones, Element-OMEGA and countless more to survive the new world.

But over the decades, the city is rapidly declining into social collapse, Omega Co has eliminated every other rival corporation or Syndicate and is now the absolute corporate entity controlling the Mega city of Neo Kontreal.The Police have become totally privatised akin to a PMC outfit now maintaining absolute law and order to the sectors..at the price and with mass cloning now available, massive street wars are fought in the vast underbellies of the lower sectors of the city with no proper establishment of Law and order.
