Mayor Chan of the city of Winchester recently authorized the spending of around 100 million simoleans towards the reconstruction of the most congested interchange in the city. The interchange - known colloquially as the 'Chester - now boasts wider lanes and more access points for reduced traffic. In addition, a great deal of effort was put into beautification and as a result, the air quality of the area has also seen a sharp rise.
