Yeah, it might be best to leave plants and walkways for the Lot Editor. If you absolutely want to place taller flora directly in front of the wall, you can also cut the LOD correspondingly to allow for props to be placed there. If you want to use flora models, have you checked the flora models mady by kd5rax? Just search for his name on the STEX; maybe there's some stuff you find useful. Btw, that building is looking great! Those other two bank branches (AmSouth and Sun Trust) need gradients on their roof textures, though, if you ask me.

Marcos, you've created a lot of stuff with a very good quality and you'll get better with every bat you make. most of the members from RN Productions are suffering from real life. so to put more life in RNP we've decided to expand. Tcxalapa: This store is an OXXO. The Pumps (bombas) are on a diffrent scene. I started working on those last night.

that looks really good, the only thing I don't like are the pumps, they don't look like the real ones, I can't remember where I saw the gmax file of pumps, maybe you could find them and uses them.

On the next few days I will be working on a Backyard Burger and maybe an Apple (computers) store located in NY.

Also,

I have finished moddding the Logan's and Michael's, and they are ready to be released. I already have the dependencies list. But unfortunately some files aren't on the STEX.

Is there a solutions for this?

here are the dependecies files missing on the STEX

those files can be found in the mega packs of BSC, the SG_melonymelons.dat is part of the SG mega pack, I think. I'm not sure about it. the textures file is part of the BSC mega texture pack, about this one I'm pretty sure.

-Backyard Burger- all I know about this fast food restaurant is that they produce burgers and they are based in memphis, Tennessee (where I live)
