Missing details after installing a plugin

I got a version of Sim City Deluxe, it works normal. I update it with the latest patch, it still works fine. Then I put any kind of plugin (I tested it with more plugins) in the plugin map and there goes my details.

I miss parking lines on the schools, fire building, police. I miss trees in the gardens of the houses en in the parc's. I miss little buildings, like garden houses and wooden shelters.

When I remove all the plug-in's out of the map, the problem is still there. So for testing when the problem accured, I had to re-install the game over and over again.

Do you know how to solve this problem are do you need more information so you can check where the problem is coming from, please reply!!!

I've never heard of anything like this, but you took all of the plugins out?  If you downloaded some BSC lots and BATs, I think they are installed in a seperate directory. Make sure that your game is COMPLETELY restored before you take the time to reinstall your game. If this doesn't help, I don't know what to tell you...

Here is a screenshot of what is actually missing.

The options are correct, I completely uninstalled the game with all the personal data. I installed the game, the latest patch... I installed some plugins from the official sim city website. The problem is that it installs the files automaticly, so I can only assume, they were only put in the plugin map.
And with the plugin's I get this effect. I tested it with one plugin at the time, but the problem stays when I delete the files out of the plugin map.

What more can I say? This problem is serious, because I don't feel like playing anymore. It looks like I don't did anything wrong, and I really want to play with the plugin's, certainly the ones from CSX (they are really nice).

I don't know what the problem exact is, but I found a solution!

Install Sim City Deluxe, install the plugin's

But do not install (if you encoutered my problem) the latest update of sim city (The most current update for your game is version 1.1.638.0). Maybe this problem is solved in the next update....
