I like would like to request more buildings from Philippines......

1. University of Perpetual Help Systems Dalta Main campus

2. Las Pinas City Hall Compound

3. Ninoy Aquino International Airport (terminal 2)

4. Malacanang Palace

5. Quezon Memorial Circle

6. Rizal Park Grandstand

7. SM mall of Asia

8. Enchanted Kingdom

 

Please someone make these buildings, they would be awesome additions to the game.

Another long time lurker here......

 

I would love to see some medium density condominiums such as the ones that are going up in San Diego ( www.centex.com has come very nice condominiums in SD).

 

Also, some more retail stores, such as a Starbuck's (I can't believe noone has created a Starbuck's), and maybe some high end stores such as Nieman Marcus and such..

I would like to request a BAT of Harvard and MIT. Two outstanding schools! Can it be done? If it takes awhile, I understand. I'm pretty patient.

How about a USPS (Post Office) with the big building, mail trucks in the back and the drive up mail boxes out front?  Possibly a Sam's Club.

i might as well ask since this the place to do it, i need the luxor hotel/casino in las vegas aka the pyramid. the one here on simtrop isnt very good, and since i dont know a thing about B.A.Ting i cant fix it. its a center piece for my CJ las vegas. not to be picky but it would help if it had nightlights, along with the signature nightlight at the top. i need a 10x10 lot maybe? not so sure to what scale but the map im using is a 38x40.  thanx guys for the help in advance

Simgoober's excellent water tower BATs made me take an interest in finding images of Scandinavian (mostly Swedish) water towers. Here are some of them for inspiration. I'd love to see them, or versions of them, in the game.

Heeeeeeeello people!

I have opened this topic because i want to make a request for game experts. I love this mod: https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=2162 and i love it because it can concentrate a lot of jobs in a 1x1 square, so its perfect to make traffic jams in high ways and many things more. So the request is, i love the mod, but i hate the building, i think it is very unnusual to have a big ben in the suburbs, so the request is, someone could do a similar thing but with a gazebo???

Request for a WINDING TOWER

Hey folks, I'd like to request for a winding tower often seen on coal mines - especially in Germany. I have no experience in creating SC4 buildings, so I have to ask if someone is able to do this...

Here is a picture of what it could look like:



This is a typical example for a german winding tower. You will find alot of pictures if you google for winding tower or foerderturm (the german word for it).

So if there is someone feeling choosen for this job and the credit for an outstanding work for the SC4 world, please contact me!

maybe two versions should be available :

 

one with a maintenance cost but also with a desirability factor.

and one without the two, just for esthetical reasons in the gameplay.

i would love to see some buildings and landmarks from north east england, ive requested before but nobody seems to have done anything about it. here is a list of what id love to see, i can get pictures if anybody needs them.

• Angel of the North (gateshead)
• The Sage (music culture building in gateshead)
• Baltic (centre for contemporary art)
• Monument (statue in centre of newcastle)
• St James Park (home of newcastle United)
• Penshaw Monument (an ancient landmark near sunderland)
• Metro Radio Arena (used for concerts, ice hockey and basketball)
• Sunderland Winter Gardens
• Lumley Castle (a nice scenic castle in chester-le-street nr durham)
• Durham Cathedral
• Metro Centre (biggest shopping centre in europe)
• metro train system skin for glr/el-rail

i know that looks alot but it would be good if someone could make these or at least some of these for me

The Christo Retendor statue of the corcovado in Rio can already be found for SC4, maybe on the STEX or on another SC site. I had it some time ago, maybe I found it on the brasilian site... try out SimcityBrasil

can a request for a plopable R$ and R$$ buildings that would supply about 2000-2500 people. It should should cost cheap with a low monthly maintenance fee or maybe no fee.

and

and last to make these demands from whining for more!

I was wonderin if someone could make the Q1 its the tallest tower on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. It is also the worlds tallest residential building. It has 527 very high wealth apartments, 80 levels, an observation deck at the top and a ten storey sky garden on levels 60-69.

Hi there!  I don't know about the rest of the world but it's ski season here in Utah!   I'm relatively new to the web site but i've browsed around a bit and i haven't seen any ski resorts or packages that i've been very impressed with.  So if one of you amazing batters are up to the challenge that would be awesome!  Some of the lots may include  

 

a resort hotel

base and mountain lodges

ski and snowboard rentals

ski school

healthclub and spa

ampitheater

condos

restaurants

half-pipes (for those snowboarders)

gondolas and ski lifts

and of course some decent ski runs

 

sorry, there's alot up at these places.  The resorts here in Utah all have a log cabin look to them which i really like.  You can check out several by going to www.skiutah.com or doing a google search.  Let me know what you guys think.

Hello there everyone. I would like to ask if anyone might be working on or has considered a Cost Guard Station / Port to and to the many great Sea Port type bats? If not, may I suggest it, i would not ask but im just not that good at the Bating/modeling.  I would be willing to do what ever to help if anyone would be interested.  if not thats ok too, but i would love to see one - maybe like the PEG fire boat dock. I request for the mod texture of  Banaue rice terraces built with stone retaining wall. It to deep if see at the view point... It is quite strange and cloudy.
