I was wondering if anyone would be willing to BAT a northern irish style police station, the ingame and ones available on stex are to simple compared to the ones i live with. There is no one detailed picture of the stations but all are relatively the same as they were built around the same time, the pictures i found are below:

<ahttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//antrim-2.jpg align=baseline>this is Antrim psni station which is reasonably fortified, something along the lines of this would be good.
<ahttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//_1630688_300rucfallsroad.jpg align=baseline>This police station is heavy.
<ahttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//images.jpg align=baseline><ahttps://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/files//RUCstation.jpg align=baseline>the entrances all look roughly the same.I hope somebody will pick up on this and BAT it as it would be briliant to have this in my cities. If anybody does do this you could look on google images by typing PSNI,maybe you will have more luck than i do.

I would like to see some really cool cruise ship ports. The one in game is bad looking and a I am not a good enough batter to make something cool.

I'm very interested in seeing some medieval buildings. My CJ attempts to construct a city in progressive stages of urban planning theory and I am slowly attempting to define some medieval style urban spaces at this point. However there just aren't that many BATs around which have that medieval feel to them. In particular, I'd like to see some Italian palazzi with towers, a key feature in medieval Italian cities. Some more realistic fortifications (wider ones that I can demolish and make into boulevards later on.) The castle ramparts plug in leaves a lot to be desired. Lastly, some tall sailing ships. This could work for a more modern city as well. I remember the Tall Ships Festival in Baltimore when I was a kid. Tall sailing ships from all over the world would sail from city to city. It'd be a really cool piece of a coastal industry reward chain (hint hint) that focussed on the unique character of coastal towns.

Right now I only have one request, and I bet someone has already requested it, but I really don't have the time to look through 50 pages to make sure. What I'd like to see is the new Freedom Tower being built to replace the WTC. A lot of people don't really like the design, but I think it looks pretty interesting.

Try improvising Northern Irish police stations by using these bats:

nexis prison wall set
https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?mode=files&filetype=all&category=default&sortby=DatePosted&show=12&Str=prison%20wall

dhgated entrance
https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?mode=files&filetype=all&category=default&sortby=DatePosted&show=12&Str=gated

There are also some watchtowers about.

Let me know if anyone fulfills this request 44.gif

If anyone can create French Quarter buildings from New Orleans, I would appreciate it very much.  I'm not very good with the BAT and these buildings are way too detailed and ornate for me to even attempt.

Here's an intersting idea for a CJ:  rebuilding the Big Easy.

Thank you.

I would like a Hindu temple for my cities. There are so many beautiful cathedrals, churches, mosques, and synagogues (actually I have only seen one of these) and of course Buddhist temples. Hindu templs come in many styles. In Oklahoma, where I am from, the main temples in our major cities (Tulsa and Oklahoma City), they are fairly small and have only a small amount of decoration on the outside. I have seen pictures of other temples that are really elaborate. I saw a picture of a former church building in the UK that is now a Hindu temple (the architecture was the same, just that they now had an Aum on the outside and a saffron flag flying on the roof (saw the pic in Hinduism Today).

Other than that, not complaints and I am not complaining that there is no Hindu temple. I'd just like to have one since I am a practicing Hindu (western convert   i.e. not from India). Of course there are no Jain temples or Sikh gurdwaras either. Like I said, not complaining, just asking for one if possible. I'd love to have a temple for my sims to go to in my cities...be it a big temple or a small temple. At this point, I'd even be happy with a roadside temple (like I've heard they have in India). If it is just a park effect, landmark effect, or the same as the house of worship is fine. I like the fact that some of the beautiful religious buildings are museums, schools, libraries, and medical clinics. I think this brings for functionality to them since so many temples, churches, syngogues, mosques, and other places of worship often do help the community. Neat idea so I do want to say kudos to those who've done that. Also want to say kudos to everyone whose made the other various houses of worship. They look great!

Peace,
Ganapati

I was wondering if someone could make the following two bats. I'm not sure how easy it would be, but i've tried to use gmax, and i struggle to make a box! 46.gif

I need a custom flag, on a pole for an upcoming cj, here's the flag:

and i'd also like a mural wall, possibly on a 2x1 plaza, something like this (sorry about the bad drawing) :

Here's the image i'd like on the wall:

There are tons of road-top mass transits on the STEX. There are also several combination stations. What we DON'T have is a road-top bus/subway combo! I like the road top bus stops as they look more real and don't take up a tile. I can usually strategically place them so as to avoid no road zots, but once I start adding road-top subways too it gets harder.

So-I'd like to request someone more talented than me to make a road top bus stop/subway station combo!

O sorry that I couldn't find many pictures on the First Union Tower but you can find more information here http://www.cousinsproperties.com/office/index/wt.cfm and this site even has the floor plans there. Please if anyone could make this building it would be a blessing and the first that anyone has made anything for Greensboro, NC.

Thanks

Hey everybody,

I was wondering if anybody could create some BATs for some St. Louis Missouri buildings.  I know St. Louis isn't a very major city, anymore, if nobody can that is ok.  I would do it myself but i have no idea how to even use the BAT.  If someone is intrested in making any of these let me know and i will post some pictures.  If you know how to use the BAT pretty well this should not be very hard, for St. Louis' buildings are nothing special.

MIGHT BE OFF TOPIC
Those new HK buildings look a bit out of place amongst those maisonettes! Will they be demolished?
