All in one school

Does anyone know if there is a plot of the described? Most rural areas have a small school with a capacity of around 100 that teaches all grades of school. Thanks

I don't believe anyone has made this, or if it's even possible. If it is, maybe you could try it...

theres a couple of lots from CSX that have multifuction schools...a "rural school" and  the Ilive academy (think there are others too) , though the ireader is more of a radical lot...guess you could use one of them...maybe mod the radius and stats with the SC4Tool program to your liking
with the SC4tool program I do belive you could edit any school lot to encompass all school types

I believe Tolomar is talking about Deadwoods school set. They're based on rural schools in Australia. If you have trouble search for "deadwoods" and the schools and prop pack you need will all be on the second page.

Yes there are a few on the STEX. Look for Deadwoods' schools in particular. CSX and Simgoober may have some useful ones for larger cities (eg Enyati). However you are unlikely to find one that caters for less than 400 students, as the number of students cannot be set lower than this for lots. If this is attempted during the modding process the effects in game are very unfortunate.
