Here is a picture of a thistle. The Pumbas use the juice from the thistle to make a drink that is intoxicating. The liquid is a golden hue and tastes like raspberries mixed with peppermint. (Warning, do not hunt jungle quall while intoxicated.) This picture is up in the hills. The jungle is less dense in the hills. I will talk more about the hills in a later update.

Some posts of some members are missing from this page. They were deleted on purpose .Not that they were offensive or anything, it just so happened that they were better to be deleted, so mtbrocket may have another start after these updates.

Yet some more pictures of another watchtower. This one is in an enclave of Cheeses. They like their privacy so this is the only tower manned by Cheeses. You can see why, living in the middle of a hostile jungle, the home of kill rabbits, why there could be a bit of paranoia against outsiders.

Thank you, sloppet and Fabiocb for your replies. I am glad you noticed my progression in the CJ. It has come a long way even with a sometimes-rocky road and a sneeze or two on my part. I will try to show more government buildings in future updates, as I aim to please...just not at quail.

    Update Number Seven
As you know the Pumba society is highly complex so to resolve disputes they use the Symbols of Power. Steeped in tradition, these symbols are ancient and their use is complex. We, in our world, would most likely not understand the subtleties of this system but I will provide them to you for your advancement in the Pumba ways.

The Rock, strong and powerful breaks scissors.

    Update Number Ten

One of the many nice and big changes in the region is the new demands on the rail lines as the city changes from a mostly agricultural district to a busy industrial and residential center full of inhabitants. The passenger trains, freight trains, and tramline all share the same track. A Pumba committee was formed and the solution was to replace much of the tramline with an elevated rail. Some new track had to be laid for the freight. The hardest part of the plan is to work around as many of the existing structures as possible.

Here is a really small picture of the rail system. Orange is passenger and black is freight.
    Picture 118.1
    allrailcopy2wx.jpg

You will need your magnifying glass for this. This is just the passenger stations.
    Picture 118.2
    passengerrailcopy5ek.jpg

    Here are two construction pictures.
    Picture 118.3
    rootdeltarezone6copy3mh.jpg

    Picture 118.4
    rootdeltarezone7copy5cv.jpg

Here is the outcome. There are still some passenger stations. There is a committee working on that.

As you can see there are a lot of rails especially in Bitter Wood Delta. This map shows that the construction of the elevated rail in Root Delta has been completed.
