Anyway, I'm not sure if I would exactly call this a filler episode, but it sure did add a lot to the personal-relationship storyline. Talk about an emotionally charged episode. It will be interesting to see where this relationship takes us. For some odd reason, I have a feeling that there will be a few divorces in the near future. 34.gif

Yes  A bit more then a filler episode.

Another somewnat of a filler episode.

Baltar getting jiggy with the both of them.

But it does make you wonder how many would become addicted

to the experience of death if you were guranteed an imediate rebirth.

A sacrifice  by  someone with a shady background very stiring.

Next week at the cafeteria Alge Burgers with agle fries.

    Another Cliff hanger.

About to blast thier way home ! !

At least we only have to wait till January ! !

But it looks like they move it to Sunday Nights at 9 PM?

Are they NUTS !!! thier cleaning up on fridays with DrWho, Star Gate A B ect.. and Galactica.

Look like they hired some  major network  programing schedulars who as a rule Always move  great shows around to put them against  other good shows and ruin both shows.

    Idiots.

Huh. Remember that Eye of Jupiter in the temple from the last episode?

    eyeofjupiter.jpg

We've seen it before. Season 2, episode 2; when Starbuck and Helo enter her home on Caprica.

    eyekara.jpg

Is this a hint? Are those writers trying to pull a 'Lost' on us?

    Very very good episode.

My gusses as to the Mystery 5

    1. Baltar

    2. Starbuck

    3. Adama

    4. A previously unseen Charactor.

    5. Old Captian Apollo.

Her haveing painted that picture was a nice twist i didnt even notice from season 2.

I may have to watch the mini series again and try to catch some thing they mey throw at us.

But they did move the story line a huge jump this week, Baltar is back, the Child is back, no more Xena's, a new place to search for earth.

Adama can be excluded because they've shown flashbacks of him and a younger Tigh. Adama predates the skinjobs because he fought in the first Cylon war. By Old Captain Apollo, do you mean Zarek? He was in prison for twenty years.

Baltar and Starbuck then. Apparently the producers have mentioned that they won't be revealing any of the major characters as Cylons. There is definitely something odd about the both of them though.

Baltar because of his weird mutual connection with the Caprica Six. Is he a messiah? (Or is Six actually one of the five? Would explain why the Xena model apologized when she saw the five.)

Starbuck because of her prophetic little drawing, and because of Leobens obsession with her.

Honestly, I have a hard time believing that any of the characters so far could be among the final five. The final five are made out to be some sort of higher Cylon, leaders or creators of some sort who have been almost deified. They aren't garden variety skinjobs.

For those of us living on the western side of the Atlantic, the next new episode will air in April.   15.gif

We can inspire others through witness so that one grows together in communicating. But the worst thing of all is religious proselytism, which paralyzes: “I am talking with you in order to persuade you.” No. Each person dialogues, starting with his and her own identity. The church grows by attraction, not proselytizing.    - Pope Francis

So Sci-Fi Fridays are now going to permanently be bin for reruns?? sigh...

I only caught the last half of BSG due to a certain football game. 9.gif

Gotta love the marketing.  The commercials said "one will die" showing the face of Dualla, but the episode suggested D'Anna being shut down. The commercials said "one will find out they are a Cylon" showing the face of Baltar, but the episode suggested Starbuck having mystical origins.  Did I miss anything?

I love the Circle of Five concept. In addition to creating another mystery to keep fans talking about, it may finally give us a clue what "The Plan" is that the show always starts off with.

I made it a point to watch the Monday episode of Heroes in order to catch the introduction of the actor who played the previous Dr. Who.

I know I'm getting further off subject, but did anyone catch the last episode of Smallville last night? The show really continues to play out like a soap opera with a lot of mind blowing twists just like BSG.

never did start watchingthat as it seemed to be another teen angst show but with super heroes.

Baltar's  back in the groove again.

Amazing how fast he finds his feet when thrown into a nest of vipers.

Starbuck seems to be totaly losing it over Apollo.

And  Zarek is in the next episode.

Looks like thier skiping a week probably due to the Super Bowl.....

Wow, so what's the story with Baltar?

*I guess this next part is a spoiler...*

So is Baltar a Silon or not?

Glad to see these past episodes have not been fillers at all!

Actually I missed it last night b/c I got caught up playing on the computer, but I've got the Sci-Fi channel on ready for an hour fr now  for when it repeats.  (Well if I don't fall asleep during the Enterprise episode in  front of it)

Heroes on NBC was pretty cool, btw.  I'm glad the cop's wife is accepting his ability even though it cost him his job.

I deliberately didn't watch the first two years of Smallville for exactly the same reason you gave (the icky teen angst stuff).  But I got hooked after I saw the episode with Christopher Reeves for the first time.  It focused on the fantasy part of Clark/ Kal El's origins and I realized that the show was showing us layers of what turns Clark in Superman and Lex Luthor into a supervillian.  And after 6+ years, neither are still there yet!

Computer says no. Though it's not entirely certain yet, right?

Are they going to bring Bulldog back? The question of who shot him down and the way his "escape" was set up were too beautiful to just have him whisked away after one episode.

If Baltar and Starbuck aren't the most survivingest characters in television history? If the producers play it right we could be looking at the trial of the century. 3.gif
