I got to sleep in today. One of my last days to do so because school starts monday. I was playing a city last night and had a toll booth catch fire. I went and dispatched a squad of fire trucks because it was starting to spread to an industrial park nearby. But instead of taking the access road that ran between the insustrail park and the highway with the toll booth, they took the highway and parked in the flaming toll booth. I was laughing my head off, but then one smart guy took the access road and out out the fires. (sigh) sims are idiots...

s.i.X.:  Your first two photos are either underexposed, or you shouldn't have shot into the sun.  Anyway, I was driving around today, and some of the trees in the Simcoe County forest have started to change.  One of two of them have completely changed branches.  I always believed it was the length of the daylight period that influenced this more than anything else.  The fire alert status here is orange, though.

The first one is under exposed because I like the silhouette of the trees and the dark blue. At normal exposure it's just normal sky blue and the trees are grainy.

N_O_Body: Unfortunatley no, I'll try and recreate it. I've attempted to use www.imageshack.us, but when I go into the sc4 albums section to get a screenshot it just has random letters and numbers rather than showing me the pictures. If I can figure out this then I still have 1 more problem I've tried uploading actual pictures from my computer and It never let's me put them in because they need resizing, but it doesn't tell me how big and I don't know how. The tutorial in the omnibus makes no sense to me either...

I'll do my best though....

Actually, I don't know where the URL is. I hit browse and select the picture from My Documents/Simcity4/albums and then it shows it in that litte box thing. Then a copy the stuff in the box and click "Host It!". Then I paste that in the part of the thing when putting in pictures on a post that is marked Picture URL or whatever. THen it shows the picture on my post, but when I submit said post it just shos this:   .      and nothing else. Just a little dot. I tried pasting the "URL" I've been using and it just said where it was on my computer or something and not wanting any kind of security risk since I had no idea what it was, I deleted that post and typed this.

Well, bad news in today's paper. A female driver was seriously injured when her car was broadsided by an 18-wheeler at a dangerous intersection down the road from my neighborhood. Route 48 crosses another main highway and has the right of way. All traffic crossing the 48 must come to a complete stop.  At least 12 serious accidents have been reported there that I know of. Several fatal. Route 48 is a truck route and  sits between a blind curve and an open stech. The trucks rarely slow down to 60 and regularley come through at 70-75 mph. The Illinois Department of Trasportation hasn't done anything about this even though they were contacted a year ago following 7 serious accidents involving large trucks and cross traffic in little over a month.
