im wondering whether you can download disasters for sim city 4 or can they be created??

Nope, cannot be done...who knows, maybe it'll be figured out eventually...but know it is not available.

No, it's not possible at this time.

As the others have said, it's not possible right now but mabye in the future someone will figure out how to do it.

Actually, there are a couple of disasters that you can find on the STEX. One is the AGS CJ Bomb Pack and the other is the Tribute to 2005 , both are bombs that you plop on your city and they will go off a few days later.

The first one is like a small nuclear explosion with the radiation and all that, the 2nd one is just a big explosion (look like a nuclear bomb going off) but without the radiation. Both LOTs are from scba.

One last thing, in order to view the bombs going off, you need to zoom in, otherwise the LOT will be destroyed but you won't get any destruction.
