There is an interview with SkiGeek posted on the home page.  I enjoyed reading it and learning more about one of the names that is so prominent around here.  Inteviews like this help all of us to have a greater sense of community.  Well done Voar Tok. 10.gif

Thanks everybody, but the real credit goes to Ski.44.gif  If she hadn't been willing to be interviewed, it wouldn't exist.  All I did was write down some questions that I had wanted to ask her and format the thing.

Also, I don't want to stray too far from the topic, but there will be others in the future.1.gif

Thanks to SkiGeek and Voar Tok!  That made for an interesting read and I'm looking forward to the next installment.

PS - I'm probably a little old for SkiGeek to be my Cyber-mom...can I call her Cyber-sister? 9.gif

Well, thank you.  I'm glad people are enjoying it.

and, sure, rhino.  JoeSocWork is a cyber-brother.  No reason you can't be one too.

And, don't forget -- Jeronij's interview is new out there too!  Don't overlook the interview of one of our favorite City Journalists.

We can inspire others through witness so that one grows together in communicating. But the worst thing of all is religious proselytism, which paralyzes: “I am talking with you in order to persuade you.” No. Each person dialogues, starting with his and her own identity. Yeah Jeronj's interview is pretty cool....I never knew anything about him and that helped me understand why his CJ was the way it was...

hmm...

Anyway....I wonder who the most famous Simtropolis member to be banned by Skigeek was?

Vid comes to mind....18.gif

but thats not an attack more of how you'd call a joke....1.gif

That was really a good interview with SkiGeek. After almost two years it's neat to still learn things from people you consider your friends.

...and at a total risk of losing that friendship...
A couple of weeks ago I took my kiddoes to see HoodWinked , which was a take on Little Red Riding Hood.  It was pretty much a Shrek rip-off and the animation was rather poor, but it definitely had it's funny moments!

Annnyway, in the movie, Granny had a secret life as Triple GGG a dare-devil X-Games stunt skier. And I'm now going to have hard time not thinking about SkiGeek whenever someone mentions Hoodwinked!17.gif

Change of Topic,
I really want to say I liked the interview with Jeronij also.   He was very specific about his style of game play along with the inspirations for his CJ's and mods; he got technical and gave us the nitty-gritty.  In addition, his discussion about his devotion to his family, especially his son who has autism, was quite poignant and touching.
