About Growth stages

Hello, just a litle question (or answer) to be clear about, I tried to add 11 to industrial resource growth stages and it work, but when I tried to add 16 to residential growth the game bug, so I must understand that there is only 15 growth stages in each wealth.

Well, in the past I think I saw that but I've just forgoten... I think.

In fact like the number of ordinance we must find the source code of the game.

Correct, Maxis designed the game with only 15 possible growth stages. That fact is documented in Ingred.ini.

I recently released a DLL that allows new ordinances to be created:

A real new ordinance... Normaly the max is 24,  you have set ordinoance over 24 ?:)
