Lag / Low FPS / Stuttering

Hello all,

I followed this guide to get my game to launch and run in 4k:

Unfortunately it seems to still have one issue: It is choppy / stuttering. it's most noticeable when i enter a map and attempt to zoom in and then move the camera around. Doesn't really feel like low fps. Feels like it's stuttering and hanging. I am running 4k Borderless with DirectX and CPU priority set to high. Any further steps would be greatly appreciated! I attached the ini files. 

I am running deluxe through steam. Running a 3080 with a 7800x3d

    I did, and just rechecked it. Seems to be all good.

    I switched it to Direct3D 12 and that seemed to fix it for me.

    Finding this thread, because this seems to be similar to what I'm experiencing after installing all those same performance fixes.

    How do I configure DGVoodoo actually? After installing it, I don't think I saw where to make any additional configurations.
