Hi, does anyone know if this overlay texture already exists, before I make it myself? And if I need to make it, what ID should I assign to it? Thank you.

Hello, this looks like an extract of the texture (base) 262e3004 (simcity_2.dat)

@hugues aroux Exactly, so do you know if that overlay has been made by someone already? @11241036 has made several overlays from that base texture, however not this one as far as I know.

True, I didn't include that in my texture pack. And I can't recall having seen it somewhere else. I think you can just make and release it without worrying about it being a duplicate.
